Description of the Service<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kuron is a&nbsp;<strong>gratitude and habit-building application<\/strong>&nbsp;designed to help users develop a daily gratitude practice by reducing distractions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The App allows users to:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Block selected apps during defined timeframes<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Receive prompts to reflect before accessing locked apps<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Create gratitude entries (typed or voice-to-text)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Store and review personal gratitude history<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Categorize entries (e.g., work, relationships, health, personal growth)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Track habits, streaks, and engagement<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Participate in an optional anonymous community<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The App may use:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Screen Time APIs (iOS)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Usage Access permissions (Android)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Accessibility Services (Android, if enabled)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Overlay permissions (Android)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Microphone access (for voice-to-text input)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Location services (if enabled)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You acknowledge that these permissions are necessary for core functionality.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. User Responsibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You are solely responsible for:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Selecting which apps to block<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Configuring schedules and lock rules<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Choosing how and when to engage with gratitude prompts<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>The content of your gratitude entries<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Deciding whether to share entries in the community<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You acknowledge that:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>App blocking may restrict access to apps you rely on<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Improper configuration may temporarily limit app access<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Gratitude prompts are optional and do not restrict permanent device usage<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We are not responsible for outcomes related to your habits, productivity, or emotional state.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Gratitude Content &amp; Community Use<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You retain ownership of the content you create, including gratitude entries.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>By using the App, you agree that:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>You grant us a&nbsp;<strong>non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license<\/strong>&nbsp;to use your content solely to operate and improve the App<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>If you choose to share entries in the community, they may be displayed&nbsp;<strong>anonymously<\/strong><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You may not:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Post harmful, abusive, or unlawful content<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Share content that infringes intellectual property rights<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Attempt to identify or expose other users<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. No Mental Health or Medical Advice<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kuron is a&nbsp;<strong>wellness and habit-building tool<\/strong>, not a medical or mental health service.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>The App does not provide psychological, psychiatric, or medical advice<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Gratitude prompts and insights are&nbsp;<strong>not a substitute for professional care<\/strong><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>If you are experiencing mental health concerns, you should seek a qualified professional<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. No Guarantee of App Blocking or Habit Outcomes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>While Kuron is designed to guide behavior and reduce distractions:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>We do not guarantee complete or uninterrupted app blocking<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Device limitations, OS updates, or configurations may affect functionality<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Users may bypass restrictions through system-level actions<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>We do not guarantee improvements in mood, productivity, or well-being<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Microphone &amp; Voice Input<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you use voice input:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Audio may be processed to convert speech into text<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Only the&nbsp;<strong>transcribed text<\/strong>&nbsp;is stored unless explicitly stated<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>We do not guarantee transcription accuracy<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for reviewing and editing your entries.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Location-Based Features<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you enable location-based features:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>You consent to the use of location data<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Location is used solely for feature functionality and security<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You may disable location access at any time.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We are not responsible for inaccuracies in location data.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Accounts &amp; Authentication<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You may access Kuron through:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Google Sign-In<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Sign in with Apple<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Other supported authentication providers<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Maintaining account confidentiality<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>All activity under your account<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Notifying us at&nbsp;<strong><a>support@epiphytegens.com<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;of unauthorized access<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Subscriptions &amp; Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kuron may offer free and paid features.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If you purchase a subscription:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>You must manage cancellations through your app store account<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We do not process payments directly.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Acceptable Use &amp; Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You may not:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Reverse-engineer or exploit the App<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Bypass or disable enforcement mechanisms<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Misuse system permissions (e.g., accessibility services)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Manipulate engagement, streaks, or analytics artificially<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Violation may result in suspension or termination.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>All App content, design, branding, and software are owned by&nbsp;<strong>Epiphyte Gens LLC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You may not:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Copy<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Modify<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Distribute<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Sell<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Exploit<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Any part of the App without authorization.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Data &amp; Privacy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Your use of Kuron is governed by our&nbsp;<strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>By using the App, you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Gratitude entries and usage data are processed<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Voice input may be converted to text<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>App usage and device data may be collected<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Tracking technologies may be used (with consent where required)<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Kuron is provided:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAS IS\u201d and \u201cAS AVAILABLE\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We make no guarantees regarding:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Accuracy of insights or prompts<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Reliability of app blocking<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Continuous or error-free operation<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Suitability for your personal goals<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Epiphyte Gens LLC shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>Loss of data<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Loss of access to apps<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Emotional distress<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Indirect or consequential damages<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>Device conflicts or malfunctions<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17.
